Nightscape viewing spot with an excellent outlook. The park is not very big, but it offers views of the Mihama District Ferris wheel and the U.S. military base lit up at night, which cannot be seen anywhere else. Panoramic shots of the park are also possible. Parking lot can only be used from 9:00 to 22:00.
