Formerly an entertainment quarter for the U.S. military, then known as B.C. Street and Center-dori. Officially renamed Chuo Park Avenue in 1982. The number of shuttered (closed) shopfronts had started to become conspicuous several years ago, but more recently, more and more stylish stores are opening in those vacant shops.
It is used for various shooting such as music videos, commercials, and movies.
