    "Eating delicious food with someone you love makes everyone smile"
    2022 marks the 50th anniversary of Okinawa's reversion to Japan.
    The 106th serial TV novel "Chimu Dondon" depicts the heroine and her siblings who were born and raised in Okinawa.
    The heroine, Nobuko Higa (Yuina Kuroshima), is the second daughter of four siblings. With the reversion of Okinawa to the mainland, she moved to Tokyo and spent her youth while training to become a chef of Western cuisine.
    Even though she is far away, she has connected with his family, and as she climbs the stairs to adulthood, she reconsiders the cuisine of her hometown, and eventually struggles to open an Okinawan restaurant in Tokyo.
    A beautiful family and hometown story that will make you laugh and cry, looking at the 50 years of Okinawan brothers and sisters.
