Prefectural Route 10 is the main route that crosses from Yonashiro Ikei in Uruma City to Hiraragawa in Uruma City from east to west, connecting the remote islands in the eastern part of Uruma City and the main island of Okinawa.
After crossing from Prefectural Road No. 10 to Henza Island, Hiramiya Seawall (Okinawa Prefectural Road No. 10 Ikei Hira River Line) appears,
and features a 1km straight road along the coast of Henza Island and an art embankment.
The Hiramiya Seawall Art Contest is held every year.
