Park that overlooks Naha’s cityscape and ports (Naha Port, Naval Port). Faces north to west towards the sea, but in summer, the sunset is obscured by the apartment building behind the park. There is an electricity pylon in the park grounds, and there is noise, so the location is unsuitable for simultaneous sound recording.
