Located opposite the National Theater Okinawa. A long, narrow building, it was designed in the image of the hinpun, the windbreak found at the entrance to traditional Okinawan houses. The 1st floor is an exhibition space. With glass walls and a high ceiling. The glass walls face west-north-west, so strong western sunlight pours into the space in the late afternoon. The 2nd floor houses the Urasoe Chamber of Commerce and Industry. There are meeting rooms (large, medium, and small) on the 3rd floor, and computer training rooms, library, and development rooms on the 4th floor. The 5th floor has offices for core enterprises and business venture support offices and booths.
